Shipping & Payment Info

This document sets out our shipping policy to customers that make purchases
You will be required to provide us with your delivery details at checkout

• For all shipping methods no item will be dispatched if payment is not confirmed.

• No paying in Installment.

• Order cancellation after 4 hours will attract 20% cancellation fee. Customer be refunded only 80% delivery fee included.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME & Delivery (Within Abuja)

All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Saturday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed Sundays or on a public holiday will be dispatched the next business day

ORDER PROCESSING TIME & Delivery (INTERSTATE)
Interstate orders will be sent out to the courier next business day after order has been placed. Delivery take 2-4 days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Processing takes a day, delivery takes 10-20 days depending on the country. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You as the customer are responsible for paying those fees, we recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can sometimes be significant as we are unable to calculate these for you

TRACKING YOUR ORDER (Interstate & International)
Once your order has been dispatched. we will send you a confirmation email or text with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the couriers website
